Please remember, we do not offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or lack of proper care.
Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for gift card purchases. However, these cards never expire and they can be redeemed anytime on any product on our site.
Account Payment:
If a mistake has occurred with your account payment or you’ve been wrongfully charged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will work diligently to rectify any errors and ensure a swift refund if necessary.
Light Beverages:
We do not accept returns on our light beverages. If you believe that there is a quality issue with the beverages you received, please reach out to our Customer Support Team immediately for assistance.
All returned products should be sent to our returns department after getting an approval from our Customer Support Team.
